Ray is the greatest! I walked onto the lot and immediately he was helping me out. I told him what I was looking for, what I didn’t want, and my budget. He was very patient with all my questions, and indecisions. There were a couple hiccups along the way, and Ray helped as best he could. He even came in on his day off. I recently needed something checked on the car. He asked me to bring the car by arranged to get it assessed and fixed that morning. Great guy, knowledgeable, approachable. I’ll go back to him for my next car, no doubt.

Bought a vehicle remotely sight unseen. Lucas was amazing to work with. He provided me with valuable intel, videos, and made the entire process super smooth. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him and his team. 5/5 stars. This is a no pressure transaction unlike many other experiences I have had.

Update Bought the mustang about a month ago, it's Sept 14th now. Had a clunk when I put the brakes on, Graham the service manager got me in immediately, fixed the noise, but it came back. So I have an appointment for new brakes, no hesitation from Graham whatsoever. I am very pleased with the service, the treatment from CMH. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them. I've put another $3.000 into it, now it my dream car. Well my dream car is gone, I traded it in for what will be my third Mustang. Lucas my sales associate couldn't have been more pleasant to work with, I traded my 08 Mustang Convertible for a 09 Mustang GT 5 speed manual with a v8, quite a difference in power, my 08 only had a v6. Ray Blais was a pleasure to work with, we found the car that worked for me. Absolutely no bs in the sale itself, the only downside was the usual push for warranty from the manager which was not a pleasant conversation. I would recommend working with Ray, and I will likely buy another vehicle here in the future. EDIT: Changing to a 5 star anyway since I don't think anyone should be turned off because of the warranty situation, and the sale itself was smoother than I had hoped.
